The eighth annual Operation K-9 is presented by the AMSOIL Northland Law Enforcement K-9 Foundation to benefit the K-9 units of the Douglas County Sheriff’s Office, Duluth Police Department, Hermantown Police Department, St. Louis County Sheriff’s Office and Superior Police Department.
