Bear
K-9 Bear is a German Shepherd who specializes in narcotics detection and apprehension. Born in Czech Republic in 2015, Bear joined the Eveleth Police Department in 2017. He is partnered with Sergeant Brandon Elias and one of Bear’s first tracks led from a vehicle to an outhouse where the suspect was hiding. The outhouse happened to have a picture of a Bear on it.
His favorite toy is a Tug.
